Colombia’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission had to reinvent itself in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Having had to scrap its public hearings, it has rolled out an impressive array of live-streamed conversations, podcasts, TV shows and concerts. However, questions still linger on whether its work is effectively reaching vast segments of Colombian society.
