IN A seeming softening of his stance toward Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia, Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama has voiced plans to redesign the controversial bus station fronting the Provincial Capitol building that is part of the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit (CBRT) project, to preserve its heritage value.
