ORLEANS - The popular musical group, Ladies for Liberty will perform a Free Concert in the Park in Orleans on Friday, September 15th. The concert will be held in the southwest corner of Historic Congress Square and will begin at 6:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chair .
