Blacks make up nearly half of the death toll in michigan but they are only 14 hrs of t of t population. And at least eight other states, the death rate exceeds the population rate for blacks by more than 20 percentage points. For hispanic americans, the death rate is unusually high in the epicenter, new york city. Latinos are dying here more than any other race.
