10 YEARS AGO (2011): The 16th annual Marlboro Lions Club’s Father-Daughter Spring Dance was held at the Marlborough High School cafeteria. The event was sponsored by the Marlboro Lions Club and the Mitrakas family. The music was provided by Disc Jockey Dave Cormier’s “ElectroSound DJ Services.” Photography was offered by John Sahagian. Young ladies had to be 3 years old or older to attend … The Friends of Marlborough Seniors were sponsoring the annual Spaghetti Dinner at the Marlborough Senior Center, 250 Main St. Tickets were $6 for adults and $3 for children … Fawn Frazer, a local children s book author, was in Marlborough as Sandie and Ken Wheeler, owners of Pets Gone Healthy in Marlborough, hosted a book signing. Tiny, Fawn s adorable Chihuahua, was the inspiration of her book, “Tiny and His Big Adventures.” Fawn Frazer lived in Marlborough for 12 years before moving to Winchenton. Tiny and His Big Adventures is a true story a
