It’s the end of an era of sorts in Tampa, with the permanent closure of longtime speakeasy Ciro’s. Three Oaks Hospitality announced the closure today in a news release. Ciro’s opened in 2009 in the Bayshore Royal building, and soon helped usher an elevated cocktail culture in the Tampa Bay area.
