CALOOCAN CITY, May 8 (PIA) Aiming to build a unified concept on counter terrorism, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), under the leadership of PMGen. Vicente D. Danao Jr., together with its counterparts both from foreign and local agencies held the recent International Intelligence Summit on Security and Terrorism at the Hinirang Multi-purpose Hall, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan in Taguig City. In the field of security, the foremost enemy of any nation is “surprise”, it can happen anytime, anywhere. Insurgency, terrorism and other threats to a country’s security has been a long running issue not just here in the Philippines but in all other countries alike, Danao said.
