　　设置于1087年的泉州市舶司，是宋元国家政权在泉州管理海洋贸易事务的行政机构，其设置标志着泉州正式成为开放的国家对外贸易口岸，对宋元泉州的经济繁荣、文化交流以及海洋贸易各参与方的共同发展具有至关重要的意义。作为本次申遗新增的遗产点，2020年刚考古发掘出来的泉州市舶司遗址，也是中国目前所仅见的古海关遗址。 　　市舶司的运行，使得泉州与海外贸易市场形成了稳定的关系，中西方交流由经贸延伸到文化、社会、宗教方方面面。泉州港与近百个国家和地区有贸易往来，出口的大宗货物有丝绸绢缎、瓷器、茶叶、铜铁制品等；进口货物有各色香料、胡椒、宝石、珍珠、象牙、犀角等。而泉州港的繁盛最直接体现在源源不断的财政收入上，据李心传《建炎以来朝野杂记》，南宋绍兴末，泉州市舶司的岁收入每年大约在百�
