One person was killed and three others were injured after a cloudburst occurred near Kayas village in Kullu District, Himachal Pradesh on Monday. The victims were washed away in a vehicle. The injured were identified as Khem Chand, Suresh Sharma and Kapil from nearby villages. IMD has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in Himachal Pradesh today and tomorrow and has also issued a moderate to high risk alert predicting flash floods occurrence in five districts of HP including Kullu.
