“I don’t care if you think I’m Satan reincarnated,” President Joe Biden said Thursday night when asked about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) commission to investigate the January 6 invasion of the U.S. Capitol.
Biden made the comment during a CNN town hall event, where he claimed that people are saying that it was “a peaceful march” and that “nothing happened” in January when protesters stormed the Capitol:
“I don t care if you think I m Satan reincarnated. The fact is, you can’t look at that television and say nothing happened on the sixth. You can’t listen to people who say this was a peaceful march. No, I’m serious. Think about it. Think of the things being said.”
