IMMYLabs will administer free COVID-19 vaccines Monday inside donated event space at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel & Conference Center off Interstate 35 in Norman.
Appointment times, which were open from 7 .m. to 1 p.m., filled up shortly after the vaccinations were announced.
IMMYLabs will cover all administration costs and will not require individuals to provide insurance information. Vaccine doses are being provided through the Oklahoma State Department of Healthâs allotment.
The initial expectation is to vaccinate up to 1,000, with the plan to quickly expand available appointments as additional doses become available.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman is donating 7,500 square feet of event space for multi-day use during the vaccination schedule.

Despite restrictions on capacity and large gatherings in place by local and state leaders, a number of conferences and conventions are still scheduled to take place at venues in Norman next year. Meanwhile, some organizations are weighing their options or changing course entirely.
