Police will summon Gombak Setia assemblyperson Hilman Idham as part of ongoing investigations surrounding accusations by a woman who initially implicated two of his associates in an alleged rape incident last Dec 5.

Woman accuses Hilman Idham’s associates of rape

A woman lodged a police report in December last year, accusing two associates of Gombak Setia assemblyperson Hilman Idham of alleged rape.
One of the alleged offenders is a Perikatan Nasional component party division leader, while the other is said to be a longtime close associate of Hilman’s.

Police are in the process of wrapping up their probe over rape allegations made by a 33-year-old victim against associates of Gombak Setia assemblyperson Hilman Idham.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Azmi Abu Kassim told
Malaysiakini several unidentified suspects were arrested on Dec 6 last year, a day after the victim had lodged her police report.
