Three Ottawa-area conservation authorities are warning residents of the potential for flooding as temperatures rise and more snow melts due to a slate of warm weather set to follow the ice storm.
Water levels will begin to rise along the Ottawa River this weekend, as above-normal temperatures and recent precipitation cause levels and flows to increase through the region.
