Larry Rendell Brock was arrested in Texas Sunday. Hillwood Airways in Fort Worth confirmed to WFAA on Saturday that Brock was no longer with the company.
In an arrest affidavit, an FBI agent said that Brock’s ex-wife was among those who contacted the Bureau telling investigators, “I just know that when I saw this was happening, I was afraid he would be there. I think you already know he was there. It is such a good picture and I recognize his patch, the affidavit said. Supporters of President Donald Trump protesting the election results broke into the Senate chamber Wednesday, activating a lockdown for the U.S. Capitol building and curfew for Washington, D.C.
John Scott-Railton, a researcher who studies cyber threats at the Citizen Lab at the University of Toronto, also identified Brock from the photos and notified the FBI.

A North Texas man has been arrested after he was identified as one of the people who stormed the U.S. Capitol last week.
GRAPEVINE, Texas - A North Texas man was arrested after he was identified as one of the people who stormed the U.S. Capitol last week.
The Department of Justice announced Sunday that Larry Rendell Brock was charged with one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
