Hillsdale man set for exam in drug delivery case

HILLSDALE A Hillsdale man with a lengthy criminal past is tentatively scheduled for a preliminary examination hearing Friday on drug related charges.
Scott Allen Mullins, 52, was arrested Feb. 10 by the Michigan State Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver second offense, operating/maintaining a drug house, driving while license suspended and driving without insurance.
The examination hearing is tentatively scheduled for 2 p.m. March 5 in the 2B District Court.
At the hearing, the Hillsdale County Prosecutor’s Office must establish probable cause a crime was committed and probable cause that Mullins is responsible for the crimes for which he has been charged.
