Hillsborough county Public Transportation commission has been battling Ride Sharing Services like uber and lyft. Even issuing expensive tickets. Now we are learning the head of the ptc used cab drivers in sting operations that busted uber and lyft operators. The shooter pulls off the road and waits for deputies to arrive.
