Hillsboro city council voted to dissolve the Hillsboro Area Economic Development Corporation and to establish a new Community Improvement Corporation during their Monday, Jan. 11 meeting.
Council met via Zoom due to various quarantines. Both mayor Justin Harsha and safety and service director Brianne Abbott encouraged the community to continue taking precautions to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
