The electrical box e was standing right there when he was shot several times in the back. He was rushed to the hospital around 8 00 this morning but later died. Now, his grandmother told us that he had been working for public works as part of the mayors job program which allows people with a criminal history to turn their lives around and work. Jackson had a very minimal criminal record. Police say he did have prior gang affiliations but his family says he left that lifestyle a long time ago and was focused on working and raising his 7yearold daughter and 3yearold son. Now, investigators are obviously trying to figure out who shot jackson. Again, he was not in a gang. We understand there are witnesses to this homicide. Turn herself back into police to face additional charges related to the alleged inappropriate relationship with the teenage boy who still attends school here. This is a Relationship Police say started in the late spring as communication between the 32yearold teacher and student. Police say the communication eventually became inappropriate and by early summer led to sexual intercourse off campus. The police say they did not become aware of this until last wednesday when someone called 911. Detectives investigated for 24 hours, and then on thanksgiving day, that was thursday, they arrested audiat. Police have learned that there were a few people aware of the alleged inappropriate relationship. Theyre investigating if any of the people were required by law to report this much sooner. The teacher was arrested thursday on charges of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and oral copulation. It goes down about 34 feet. It is all solid water. You can get a good look at how nasty the water is. This is why you should not go in floodwaters. Look at all of these branches and twigs that were brought from upstream. The water is low right now compared to what it is supposed to get to. Right now it is 14 feet. This is the first while that will stop first wall that will stop the water. As you can imagine, at about 45 feet clear this wall. We will almost certainly see water coming up over this embankment in the next few hours and then it will start heading towards newbo. We will take one last look at this.
