After a year-long investigation into the death of a 5-year-old girl whose birth on an international flight made headlines, police have charged the girl s mother and a man in connection with her death.
Police said that Chloe Guan-Branch, the little girl from Ottawa, Canada, was found injured at her home in the 1300 block of Meadowlands Drive on May 15, 2020, and later died in a hospital.
