Happening now, crews working to repair two water main breaks that popped up overnight in San Francisco. They are miles apart. They do not seem connected. A 20minute morning recess. This morning, the fingerprints evidence photographer finished testifying about prints he took pictures of that were found on a stun gun and a nine volt battery. The prosecution is trying to make the case that Antolin Garcia torress prints ended up on that battery when he allegedly used the stun gun in an attempted kidnapping in 2009. The defense is arguing that torres has transferred his prints when he restocked that nine volt battery as a tenant at safe way hill. He stands accused in the killing and murder of sierra lamar who disappeared five years ago today on her way to a School Bus Stop in morgan hill. Its been a difficult day for her family, including her father, who is in court this morning. And by his side to show their support, some of the people who helped search for sierra. Enmar class whose own daughter was abducted 24 years ago. This whole operation is really an opportunity for this killer to justify and excuse the actions that brought us all here
