St. Clair Township council has directed its staff to study the options of reducing lanes, installing a pedestrian crosswalk or installing traffic lights at the Corunna intersection of Hill and Queen Streets.
Responding on April 19 to a report created by the township’s co-ordinator of engineering Paul daSilva –in response to correspondence received by the township last November from residents who expressed concern about the dangers of the intersection – Coun. Pat Brown moved a motion that instructed township staff to engage in a full traffic study at the intersection.
