For the Record, May 4, 2021   Havre Police Department Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station 8 a.m. Monday. Small was arrested at 8 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center. Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 38, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and trespass to property after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 8:56 a.m. that an unknown man had walked into the house.

For the Record, May 3, 2021   Havre Police Department Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 68, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after an officer investigated suspicious activity Friday at 10:04 a.m. on First Street West. A caller at Lions Park on 16th Avenue reported Friday at 2:24 p.m. finding a phone. A Friday 2:40 p.m. caller on Fifth Avenue reported a garage door opener and rental keys were stolen. John Joseph Bear Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on two state District Court warrants, two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servants after an officer stopped to speak with a man on Third Street Friday at 3:03 p.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of careless driving, minor in possession, driving under the influence and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance; Caden Isiah Plante of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of MIP and endangering the welfare of children, and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on an MIP charge after a Thursday 10:14 a.m. caller at Eighth Avenue and 10th Street reported a gold Ford Explorer was speeding around a corner and dow.
