We do have a little bit of clouds starting to move in, though. It will stick with us till about 10 00, 11 00. Then well see more sunshine in the afternoon. Outside right now, we have a little bit of a brisk wind starting to pick on up. That will make it feel a bit blustery. If youre stepping out early, make sure you have your hat, scarves, gloves and a fairly insulated coat. Well be partly cloudy by 11 00.
