A former Dickinson County investigator has dismissed claims of employment discrimination she brought against the county.
Former Dickinson County Special Investigator Hilary Henningsen is expected to receive $96,000 of a $160,000 settlement as part of the agreement, with the remainder being divided equally between the opposing law firms involved in the case.
