Reporter police are still here and theres a large amount of blood on the sidewalk. The shooting happened at 1 15 this morning. The owner was shot a few times in the legs. His injuries were serious enough that he was air lifted. The man had armed himself when the suspect jumped inside the building. He shot and killed him. The burglar didnt think anyone was home. The building looks like a commercial building. The owner lives inside. The suspect was driven to a nearby hospital. The people, who transported him are in custody at the Richland Police station.
