Railway and highway ministries have incurred capital expenditure of ₹1,94,768 crore till February, against total allocation of ₹2,38,350 crore for FY22.
“The National Ropeways Development Programme – “Parvatmala” will be taken up on PPP mode, which will be a preferred ecologically sustainable alternative in place of conventional roads in difficult hilly areas,” announced Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, while presenting the Union Budget for 2022-23.
