The witness told WYFF News 4 s Allen Davis he called 911 after he saw the man bobbing in and out of the water and then disappear under the water. Scott Krein, with Oconee County Emergency Management, told WYFF News 4 a train engineer saw the man jump into the Seneca River from the train bridge.The search is taking place near the Highway 123 bridge.
