Frank Telford Gibson
SALEM –Frank Telford Gibson, 88, of Salem, died late Monday morning, April 12, 2021, at his home.
He was born on February 20, 1933, in East Palestine, Ohio, son of the late Lawrence Gibson and Esther (Whitehill) Gibson-Scattergood.
Frank was a lifetime area resident and retired in 1998 from the Chrysler Corporation in Twinsburg as an inspector.
Frank was a very proud veteran, stood strong for his country and his flag when he served three years as a U.S. Marine during the Korean War. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Medal, Korean Service Medal with a Star, and United Nations Service Medal.

SALEM Dorothy J. “Dolly” Geho, 85, died Saturday, April 10, 2021 at her home. She was born June 9, 1935 in Salem to the late Carl H. and Virginia (Willaman) Alesi.
Dolly was a homemaker and lived in this area her entire life. She was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association, which she had joined with her late husband Donald. Dolly was always reaching out and the first one to help family and friends.
Her husband, Donald L. Geho whom she married September 22, 1951, preceded in death August 27, 2003.
Survivors include sons, Ron (Ellen) Geho of Salem, Randy Geho of Beloit, and Rob (Danielle) Geho of Lisbon; daughter, Donna (George) Carr of Berlin Center; 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

SALEM Carl Russell Sebrell, age 89, of Salem, died on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Salem West Healthcare, Salem.
He was born on June 20, 1931 in Leetonia, OH, son of the late Walter and Beth Groner Sebrell.
Mr. Sebrell was a graduate from the class of ’49 from Leetonia High School. He served in the Army and was stationed in Korea, where he learned a machinist’s trade. He was a lifelong member of St. Jacobs United Church in Leetonia and a former member of the Mt. Nebo Grange. Mr. Sebrell belonged to and was treasurer for the 126 Tr-State VFW post 8168 chapter of Korean War Vets. Mr. Sebrell loved creating with his hands. the toy boxes, record cases, clocks, tractors, shelves and sporting yard sign of the Indians. He enjoyed listening to the Ohio State football games on the radio when he couldn’t watch them on TV.

Esther Catherine McCue, 93, died Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Salem North Healthcare Center. She was born October 29, 1927, in Dunglen, Ohio, daughter of the late Edgar and Bessie (McDowell) Dickerson.
Esther was a secretary for Dr. R.E. Herron for 18 years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of the Salem First Friends Church.
Survivors include her husband, Hobart McCue Jr., whom she married October 9, 1951; a daughter, Doris C. (Terry) Hoopes of Salem; a son, Clark J. (Nanene) McCue of Jax FL; three grandchildren: Sara Hoopes, Alex (Tiffany) Hoopes, and Erin McCue; and three great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, three sisters and six brothers also preceded in her death.
