The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning on Wednesday signed more than 35 development and partnership agreements for the Sultan Haitham City (SHC) project, in its First phase (2024-2030).
Oman has awarded RO1 billion ($2.6 billion) contracts for the development of Phase One of its mega project - Sultan Haitham City - in Muscat. On completion, this phase will feature more than 7,000 residential units that can accommodate 39,000 people.
