Sky News host Paul Murray says the ‘delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards’ puts small local producers “on the map” and catapults them from “little local success stories” to big industry figures.
Shaun Barry from the High Valley Cheese Co spoke to Sky News about the company’s award-winning cheese.
The company was a gold medalist at the ‘delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards’ for 2020.
“There’s a sense of pride, there’s definitely a sense of pride,” Mr Barry said.
“Shaun is the cream of the crop,” Mr Murray said.
“You can see why Shaun’s feta is superior in every way,” Mr Murray said.
Mr Murray spoke of the regions, which have been hit by drought. floods, fires and now the coronavirus pandemic.
“It’s been a heck of a slog and an uphill battle that hasn’t stopped,” Mr Murray said.
“Which is why things like the Harvey Norman delicious. Awards matter so much to our regions,” he said.
