I woke up yesterday morning with Dino hands (scaly like a dinosaur). So dry and rough, I could sand that wooden shelf I made in High School Industrial Arts class with my bare hands, no paper needed. As nasty as that is, it gets worse when the fingertips start to crack. My hands are dry most winters, but this year with constant hand sanitizer use, it seems that much worse.
Talking with some others yesterday, seems I am not alone when it comes to dry hands either.
So I went to the pharmacy and wow the options! I ended up using Bag Balm and then to cover the greasiness, O’Keeffe’s Working Hands. Seems to have helped a bit, but that mixture is not listed on the top hand cream list.
