Consolidation and production in agriculture, going to continue to drive up land values. Going to make it harder for new beginning farmers to enter the occupation. Weve got historically high commodity target prices in this bill, so any slight dip going to mean huge payments going out in the future. We have the multiple entity rule now that we worked on in the previous farm bill being rolled back in one. We have payment limitation caps being increased rather than brought down to where the will of this congress was last year when we had that debate on the floor. Most of that money is being shifted now into the Crop Insurance program which what i feel is overly generous preemyuss Crop Insurance subsidies to producers which has the potential of taking risk out of production decisions, but were telling the Crop Insurance companies, re going to guarantee a 14 profit margin. Going to be a huge addition to San Francisco and so did our neighborhood and we worked out solutions to complex issues. This has a lot of complex issues and absolutely no solutions. A lot of eye candy is what i see. Okay. Eye candy, smoke and mirrors, hollywood. What we need is a comprehensive discussion with the neighborhood, the cac not marginalizing the cac. These people do a lot of volunteer work. Theyre stakeholders. Were all stakeholders. We purchased our homes there. We plan to live there. We plan to live there with our neighbors. Where it talks about that number of events over the course of a year, the vision is really a variety of events of different sizes. The intention is to design an arena that can really be collapsed to host shows and events that are that attract a wide range of audience and different size audiences. So, that means really reaching out to the full breadth of the entertainment and night life community. In addition were working very closely with sf travel to ensure that this venue is complementary to the convention the Convention Industry and the Tourism Industry and making sure that those types of uses are also fully addressed.
