Easterlies or the warm and humid winds from the Pacific Ocean may bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over most of the country, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday, July 21.
