The owner of a trendy cocktail bar in Leicester city centre has been jailed for 10 years and two months for grooming and sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
Dave Tsouvallaris, who is an award-winning barman and proprietor of 63rd & First bar in Highcross Street, was sentenced at Northampton Crown Court, today, Thursday March 11.
A BRAMPTON refill and eco shop is celebrating its first year trading after expanding from a market stall in just six months. Maria Stundon, 33, started the business in January 2020 on the town s farmer s market, after relocating from London. She moved to a Front Street shop in June, then to larger premises in High Cross Street during November. The shop s been open during the lockdowns to provide people in the town with essential supplies. Maria said: I moved up in January last year and wanted to start a business on the markets and then lockdown happened and this pushed me into getting the shop.
