The Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition challenging the initiation of a probe by the SFIO against Exalogic Solutions, a software company owned by Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan's daughter Veena Thaikkandiyil.
The Karnataka High Court, led by Justice Krishna Dixit, dismissed a petition filed by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and others, aiming to quash criminal prosecution for allegedly illegally marching towards the official residence of the then CM Basavaraj Bommai. The court imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on Siddaramaiah, state cabinet ministers MB Patil, Ramalinga Reddy, and Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala, instructing them to appear before the people s representatives court.
