John Hersey High School has embraced that philosophy by forging ahead with the 28th Annual Chicagoland Showcase on Saturday, April 10.
While the pandemic won t allow participating high school show choirs to perform in person, Chicagoland Showcase will continue as an all-day virtual event.
That s why the theme of this year s Showcase is, Makin It Happen.
The 16 show choir groups will perform virtually from high schools in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Massachusetts. There also will be more than 50 students competing in solo performances.
