The Herreshoff Marine Museum turns 50 this year, with a series of events planned in Rhode Island to mark the occasion.
The museum team is also putting out a call for anyone with a good story to join in: “With over 2,000 boats built, and many still sailing, or motoring, so many of us have stories to tell about our experiences aboard Herreshoff boats and with Herreshoff people.
“Telling us your story is one way to participate in this year-long party.
“We’ve also planned a great mix of events (both virtual and in-person), lectures and sailing events to get you in the Jubilee mood.
