HERMITAGE — Despite cold temperatures Saturday evening, larger-than-usual crowds turned out to see more than 80 floats and marching bands with the 25th annual Hermitage Holiday Light Parade.
HERMITAGE — Known locally as the Balloon Man, Michael T. Mondak will take up a different title this weekend — grand marshal of the Hermitage Holiday Light Parade.
