Deep Run High School The Wildcats’ girls’ soccer team has been on fire this season. The team is ranked second in the state and 60th in the nation by MaxPreps.com. Deep Run started off the season 9-0, allowing just one goal in the process, thanks to All-Region selection Kate Finkler, who has had 41 saves

Most recently, the Cats beat Freeman 11-1 and lost 5-0 to King William last week. Against Freeman, Alana Collier led the way, going 3 for 4 at the plate with three RBIs.
