No new court dates have been set for either of the two women charged in the death of a Little Falls man in the Jan. 6, 2020, fire at the Snyder Apartments, according to a Herkimer County Court official, who said the delay in the in-person hearings is due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Patricia Nethaway and Amber Roche were both indicted on charges of murder and arson in connection with the fire that killed Timothy “Nimmer” Regan, but according to statements they gave to Little Falls Police each claims the other was responsible for setting the fire. Both said they and Regan had been at Ed and Bud’s Grill, but the two gave different accounts of what happened there and of how the fire was started at the apartment building.
