They are suffering from smoke inhalation, being treated at shore medical center. One firefighter was cut by glass, he has been treated and released. Investigators are searching for the ignition point of this blaze. The deputy chief tells me the fire started on the first floor in a sitting room of this threestory duplex. Seven people inside at the time. The pets were on the first floor. The owner of the property on the middle floor. Renters on the top floor. All of them including one wheelchair pernforsed to escape the flames by running up to it a third floor deck.
