We spoke with neighbors who he i heard the car first of all and then i heard his tires screeching as he came around the corner in about a minute later i heard the sirens going and my dogs were howling so i checked outside and then the next thing with the helicopter that i saw. Swat team members and even a k9 unit was brought in to help. Police also searched a car in the area that they eventually towed away. Then they shifted their resources just one block over.
