6.2.21 Model Engineer.168912 Forum.Here I am again. Yes its the Adcock Mill nitemare Cannot say I have got anywhere regarding this Adcock Mk1 Horiz/Vert mill of mine. I was a fool to buy a pile of parts stored in a shed Months later finding out the top arm was missing and the tapers did not match anything I had prev encountered Started to try to overcome the issues but found for instance that top arms are ground not turned and the tapers are NS. Since then serious illness, no med help, and property faults which were covered up by teachers sellers has pout me into a hole. The machine stands outside covered by a tarp. I don t even have any machine wkg apart from hand drills and so on. Today I found the article about a sleeve to overcome some of the issues. I found them very interesting. Am thinking of attempting the get rid of this machine as I gave failed. Am hoping to get money back as its got a vertical head which must be worth money. What a shame all this failure is. Difficult t
