An alleged drunk police officer killed a 52-year-old woman by dragging her by the hair before shooting her dead in Quezon City Monday night.
Police identified the suspect as M/Sgt. Hensie Zinampan, of the Police Security Protection Group, who was caught in a video firing a shot at Lilibeth Valdez.

The killing stemmed from a heated argument between Zinampan and Valdez’ son, according to the victim’s daughter, Beverly Luceno.

Makabayan lawmakers on Tuesday, June 1 condemned the cold-blooded murder of a 52-year-old mother by a policeman which was captured on video that has since went viral on social media.
Asst. Minority Leader and Gabriela Women’s Partylist Rep. Arlene Brosas and Bayan Muna Rep. Ferdinand Gaite said the killing of Lilibeth Valdez by Police Master Sgt. Hensie Zinampan brought back the bitter memory of the fate of Sonya Gregorio and her son, who were likewise shot dead by a policeman as dozens of people watched.
The video footage showed that Zinampan held Valdez by the neck before shooting her in the same area at point blank range. The incident took place in Fairview, Quezon City.
