In response to questions and comments received since Mr. Dabrowki s update on Friday, Mr. Dabrowski today added, The contemplated change of control mentioned in the update is anticipated to take place through the purchase of a preferred block of shares currently owned by existing ALYI management. This is an update from a previously anticipated purchase of newly issued common shares.
