Four years after Bay City man’s murder, one of his killers is about to learn his punishment

BAY CITY, MI In the early morning hours of Thanksgiving Day 2016, a house in Bay City’s South End erupted in flames. Amid the charred ruins, firefighters found the body of a man.
Subsequent investigation revealed the man had been stabbed to death and his house set on fire to conceal the killing.
Today, more than four years later, one of two young men convicted of the murder and related crimes is finally on the cusp of learning how much prison time he’ll receive.
