My wife is in a group of ladies who get together every so often to do needlework.
They work on various projects while discussing issues of the day and enjoying various snacks, desserts and so on.
At least, they did until about a year ago, when the COVID-19 pandemic struck.
But this week, Cathy was calling or messaging her friends from the stitching group, coming up with a date when they could get together again.
Why? It’s because of the vaccines.
