Didnt get quite as close in philadelphia. 55 degrees by 11 00 this morning. Cold start. That sunshine will have a positive effect. We would be warmer than the 60s today. The wind will be blowing. Philadelphia. Police say a man in a wheelchair shot and killed his own brother. But the apparent shooter is not under arrest tonight. Reporter the body was discovered not far from where we are right now standing above Pennypack Creek on welsh road. Police were first contacted about this body a little bit after noon on sunday. The body described as being a white male although police are still working on identifying who this victim is. Officers responded quickly. The body was recovered and was taken to the medical examiners office. That is where next steps will be in order to figure out exactly how this man kind how he ended up in Pennypack Creek in the first place.
