But now it is all over the place. Certainly there is plenty of fog and on the bridges i believe chp has issued fog advisories for the bridges. Yes they have, thank you. Morning fog giving way to the hazy sunshine with higher clouds above most of those are gone but temperatures are the warmest around santa cruz. Not all of the coast will be that warm but today we will push upper 60s. Inland should be in the low to mid 60s, san jose will be 64. 50, is the average. In court. Were also learning of the weapon that was found of the crime scene was initially issued to a federal agents. It was a big day in the case of Kate Steinles murder. Her accused killer Francisco Sanchez was arraigned in superior court. He was wearing county jail issued orange and black clothes. He was not wearing hand or ankle restraints a new development in the case kron four is learning that the pistol recovered by San Francisco Police Dive Teams was issued to a federal agent. A Law Enforcement officials said, under condition of anonymity that a check of the serial number on the weapon confirmed it is a federally issued gun. It is not known which agency the gun is from or how the agent lost possession of it. What we do know is that it is the suspected murder weapon in steinles killing.
