Pursuit in Turlock ends with two arrests Henry Duncan
A short pursuit ensued after a reckless driver nearly collided with a Turlock Police patrol vehicle Wednesday night and ended with the arrest of the driver and his passenger.
The driver was identified as Henry Duncan, 60, of Stockton. He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and felony evading. His passenger, Luz Chavez, 35, of Elk Grove was arrested for providing a false name to a police officer and for felony and misdemeanor warrants, said Turlock Police Sgt. Mike Parmley. Luz Chavez
The incident began around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Golden State Boulevard and Taylor Road. A Turlock Police officer was patrolling the area when her vehicle was almost hit by a gray Dodge Dakota pickup, Parmley said.
